About the Position:

The Store Talent Manager (“STM”) is responsible for the execution and implementation of innovative talent acquisition programs, processes, and strategies that will attract and retain critical field (store) talent. This position reports to the Director of Field Talent Acquisition. This is a remote position that will require periodic travel in the field and to the Store Support Center (099) in Greensboro, NC. 

What You'll Do:
  • Responsible for partnering with hiring managers to identify business talent needs, conduct staffing analyses, and implement recruiting strategies
  • Responsible for staffing operations management positions within the region
  • Recommend solutions regarding programs that assist in building a talent pipeline to support long and short-term strategic priorities and support the succession planning process
  • Actively recruit potential candidates using recruitment resources with primary focus on team member & specialist level positions (hourly)
  • Assist in developing and facilitating innovative and creative solutions to meet staffing needs and attract applicants to maintain talent pools.
  • Help support and align culture and talent strategy to support the company vision, mission, and values
  • Conduct organizational evaluations with senior leaders to recommend recruitment tools and resources that assist with timely talent identification and process improvement
  • Facilitate training and development sessions related to recruitment tools and processes
  • Led and execute the recruiting processes, headcount management, candidate offers, and recruiting events for assigned region
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships across all levels of the organization to ensure high level of communication and collaboration.
  • Educate, consult and assist hiring managers to follow established processes and procedures.
  • Maintain effective and efficient recruitment and onboarding modules to support the business.
  • Assist with the development and revision of job descriptions and compensation reviews.
  • Foster a corporate culture as a team member that promotes ethical practices, customer service and encourages integrity in a success-oriented, accountable environment.
  • Partner with leaders to build diversity and inclusion into all their respective businesses and department functions.
  • Maintain a positive and ethical work climate that is conducive to attracting, retaining and motivating a diverse group of top-quality talent.Other special projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 5 years of human resources or recruiting experience which includes supporting multiple levels of management in a fast-paced work environment
  • Experience supporting multiple business units across a region or territory in a consultative capacity and with diverse client groups
  • Strong analytical skills – proven success in using data to drive decisions
  • Demonstrated ability to educate candidates and hiring managers
  • Sourcing expertise, including direct sourcing of candidates for hard to fill jobs
  • Ensures legal compliance of recruitment processes
  • Must reside in a state where there is a company office/store
  • Strong technology skills: Microsoft Office, ATS, HRIS – iCIMS and Ultipro/UKG preferred
  • Excellent communication skills that allow for productive communication with Individuals of various levels
  • Exceptional problem resolution and process improvement skills
  • Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality
  • Intense focus on detail and accuracy of work
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet business needs
