About the Position:

Are you a creative visionary with a passion for digital design and food? We are searching for a Digital Design Manager to join our Creative Team in our Store Support Center (099). In this role, you will create and oversee the execution of static and video deliverables across various digital media channels, ensuring they align with our brand guidelines and deliver exceptional user experiences. Your expertise will help us provide innovative and efficient solutions for our marketing communication needs. This position will report to the Creative Director.

What You'll Do:
  • Create: Creating and executing digital solutions in addition to delegating and managing other projects.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of designers, assigning tasks, providing feedback, and mentoring team members to ensure quality output.
  • Project Alignment: Work with the Creative Director and Creative Project Manager to align on project requests and creative approach.
  • Creative Quality Control: Review and refine creative work, ensuring consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing materials.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Present creative concepts and build strong relationships with other marketing and cross-functional team members.
  • Project Delivery: Work with the Creative Project Manager to ensure smooth project delivery within deadlines.
  • Innovative Solutions: Develop innovative and efficient solutions for marketing communication needs while adhering to our brand guidelines.
  • Digital Design Best Practices: Understand and implement digital design best practices and user journey flows.
  • Creative Support: Support the Creative Director on creative solutions for new initiatives and special projects.
Qualifications:

At a minimum, what you’ll need:

  • Bachelors degree in design, communication, marketing or related field.
  • 7 years of experience in creative design or advertising.
  • Demonstrated skills using Adobe CC programs (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • Strong understanding of digital design best practices and user journey flows.
  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
  • Exceptional knowledge of both on and offline communications – what works, what doesn’t and what is leading edge.
  • Proven ability to conceptualize and design graphic applications to their completion.
  • Strong abilities to evaluate design and creative execution for brand alignment and usability.
  • Experience managing both people and projects.
  • Experience in presenting to top level Leadership.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience managing a team of designers.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms.
