About the Position:We are searching for a Marketing Project Coordinator to join our Creative Team in our Store Support Center (099). In this role, you will support the Creative Project Manager by gathering and organizing information and assets, setting up projects in WorkFront, and coordinating with external vendors. Your expertise will help ensure our creative deliverables are accurate and completed on time. This role will report to the Creative Project Manager.
What You'll Do:- Support the Creative Project Manager: Assist in managing marketing projects and ensuring they are completed on time and with accuracy.
- Gather and Organize Information: Collect and organize necessary information and assets for projects.
- WorkFront Management: Use WorkFront to set up projects, requirements, and briefs; request review, feedback, and approval of deliverables from stakeholders; and ensure proofreading and accuracy for all creative deliverables.
- Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with external printers and vendors to document production specs and manage production timelines and shipping.
- Creative and Signage Requests: Ensure all creative and signage requests are prioritized and approved for activation before creating and assigning projects in WorkFront.
- Signage Coordination: Coordinate signage needs for new stores and store remodels.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with other departments to collect information and requirements for creative deliverables.
At a minimum, what you’ll need:
- Bachelors degree in design, communication, marketing or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in project coordination, preferably in a marketing or creative environment.
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software, particularly WorkFront.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in the retail or grocery industry.
- Familiarity with creative processes and workflows.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
