About the Position:

Are you a digital content enthusiast with a passion for creating engaging online experiences? The Digital Content Manager will be responsible for planning and executing livestreams, shoppable video, and other digital content across our owned digital channels including the website and mobile app. Your expertise will help us deliver exceptional digital content that drives engagement, brand loyalty and conversions. This role reports to the Director of Digital and Paid Media.

What You'll Do:
  • Livestream Partner Management: Manage the relationship with our Livestream & Short Video Platform to ensure strategic alignment, service delivery and achievement of business objectives.
  • Livestream Production Planning: Plan and execute shoppable livestreams, including content development, production, and streaming and simulcast management.
  • Shoppable and Short Video Content: Plan, script, and manage the production of shoppable and short video content to support our content calendar, working collaboratively with internal and external teams for alignment.
  • Digital Engagement and Revenue: Work across the Paid and Digital Media team to optimize engagement, conversions and attributable revenue from digital content and livestreams.
  • Website & Mobile App Content Management: Plan, develop, maintain and ensure accuracy of all app and website content across all domains and subdomains, including organic content and vendor ad placements.
  • Retail Media Asset Placement: Collaborate with Brand Planning & Activation and eCommerce Marketing teams to ensure all digital Retail Media Placements are accurately placed across owned channels per agreed terms.
  • Digital Content Delivery: Ensure the delivery of engaging content across owned digital channels.
  • Performance Management: Track, analyze and report on digital content engagement and performance, working closely with the Digital Content Coordinator.
Qualifications:

At a minimum, what you’ll need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital content management, preferably in the retail sector.
  • Proven track record of planning and managing livestreams and video content.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent script writing and content creation skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience managing content for websites and apps.
  • Strong understanding of digital content best practices and user engagement strategies.
  • Passion for food and creating engaging digital experiences.
