About the Position:

Are you a digital marketing enthusiast with a passion for creating exceptional online experiences? The Digital Experience Manager will be responsible for managing and enhancing The Fresh Market digital properties, ensuring the website and mobile application deliver outstanding digital experiences for our guests. Your expertise will help us define user journeys, improve digital conversions and collaborate effectively with IT and other cross-functional teams.

This position reports to the Director of Paid & Social Media.

What You'll Do:
  • Functional Management: Own the functional management of The Fresh Market website and mobile app, ensuring they operate smoothly and effectively.
  • Business Requirements: Create, own and manage all functional business requirements for The Fresh Market website and mobile app, ensuring thoughtful and detail-oriented documentation of business needs that align with goals and objectives.
  • Primary Marketing Contact for IT: Serve as the primary marketing contact with IT for website and mobile app functional management, facilitating seamless communication and collaboration.
  • User Journey Flows: Collaborate cross-functionally to develop user journey flows that drive business results and deliver exceptional digital experiences for our guests.
  • Digital Presence Management: Manage the digital presence for all store location data across the internet, ensuring accuracy and seo effectiveness for visibility.
  • Managerial Leadership: Manage the Digital Marketing Coordinator, providing direction, support, feedback, and mentoring to ensure individual and team success.
Qualifications:

QUALIFICATIONS

At a minimum, what you’ll need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital experience management, preferably in the retail sector.
  • Proven track record of managing and enhancing websites and mobile apps to deliver exceptional user experiences.
  • Understanding of UX best practices skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with website and app management for retail or grocery stores.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Strong understanding of user experience (UX) principles and best practices.
