About the Position:The Fresh Market currently has an opening for a Media and Digital Marketing Coordinator to be based at our Corporate Office in Greensboro, North Carolina.
The Media and Digital Marketing Coordinator will be pivotal to the successful delivery of marketing campaigns and messages across all paid media channels and the website. This position will assist the Digital Marketing Manager with the day-to-day project management of creative deliverables for paid media, media specs and deadlines, media traffic instructions, file preparation and submission of final deliverables in a timely manner. This position will also work with the Social Media team to support content planning, coordination and production, and with the Digital Marketing Manager and Content Marketing team to ensure all seasonal and evergreen content on the website is kept up to date with accurate product information.
Candidate must have organizational, analytical and technology skills with the ability to see projects through to completion, take initiative to learn new technologies, find solutions to optimize workflow, and make sure all deadlines are met. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, with at least three years’ experience in media or digital marketing.
This position will report to the Digital Marketing Manager.
What You'll Do:• Workflow coordination and project management of all paid media deliverables. This includes submitting Workfront requests for creative development and ensuring all deliverables are reviewed and approved by all stakeholders
• Prepare traffic instructions, ensure traffic approval and coordinate on-time submission of materials and traffic for all paid media deliverables
• Support Digital Marketing Manager in preparation, management and proofreading of new and existing website content, including preparing data uploads and publishing weekly Fresh Deals and Little Big Meal content
• Maintain monthly marketing schedule for Paid Media and Website content
• Work with Digital Marketing Manager to prepare media deliverables workbook and schedule for all local market media buys
• Coordinate Outdoor creative schedules and files within outdoor media management platform
• Work with Marketing Content and Merchandising teams to coordinate content approval for paid media and website communications
• Coordinate and update social media boost list 2-3x weekly and communicate additions to Media Agency
• Work collaboratively with Social Media team on cross-functional content planning, coordination, filming and editing
• Create, resize and edit images for website and paid media assets

Qualifications:At a minimum, you will need:
• Bachelor’s degree
• 3+ years digital marketing experience
• Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders to deliver results in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Must be highly detailed-oriented and possess the ability to execute with minimal direction
• Self-motivated with ability and initiative to learn new technologies and find solutions for business challenges
• Strong communication skills required as candidate will interact with team members from across the company
• Experience with Adobe Photoshop for digital image editing
Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
• Experience with project management, asset management and website content management platforms
• Experience with Adobe InDesign and Illustrator
