About the Position:The Solutions Delivery Manager leads the end-to-end delivery of IT projects, ensuring alignment with business needs, timely execution, and adherence to quality standards. The Solution Delivery Manager oversees the planning, development, and implementation of technology solutions, acting as a bridge between business and IT teams to drive successful outcomes. This role will also oversee a team of Software Engineers and reports to the Director of Solutions Delivery.
What You'll Do:Delivery Management:
- Manage the full lifecycle of IT projects, from initial planning to delivery and post-implementation review.
- Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and resource plans to meet business objectives.
- Oversee project execution using best practices in project management, ensuring delivery aligns with business expectations.
- Drive process improvements and promote the adoption of agile methodologies where applicable.
- Coordinate and manage the release management process, ensuring smooth deployment of new solutions and alignment with business priorities.
- Facilitate the change management process, including guiding stakeholders through changes and ensuring proper documentation and communication.
- Ensure accountability for adhering to change control policies, holding team meeting and stakeholders accountable for compliance.
- Maintain and oversee the product roadmap, working with business stakeholders to create and communicate a clear, actionable roadmap for delivery.
- Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions as needed to meet goals.
Team Leadership:
- Lead cross-functional teams, including software engineers and data engineers, to achieve project goals.
- Assign tasks, track progress, and ensure team alignment with project objectives and milestones.
- Lead, mentor, and support team members, fostering a culture of accountability and innovation.
- Foster an inclusive and collaborative team culture that values diverse perspectives and encourages open communication.
- Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues to maintain project momentum.
- Resolve conflicts, manage dependencies, and ensure smooth execution across all project phases.
- Build high-performing teams by identifying and developing talent within the organization.
- Monitor team performance and ensure resources are effectively allocated to meet project demands.
Operational Oversight:
- Ensure delivered solutions are sustainable, scalable, and secure, meeting both technical and business standards.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of delivered solutions.
- Improve operational efficiency and business outcomes through delivered solutions.
Governance and Compliance:
- Maintain governance frameworks for managing project portfolios, adhering to organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with compliance and risk teams to integrate data security and privacy into project delivery.

Qualifications:At a minimum, what you’ll need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in IT project management or solution delivery roles.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver complex, multi-phase IT projects in cross-functional environments.
- Familiarity with enterprise software platforms and cloud technologies (AWS, Azure).
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, security, and best practices.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to balance multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Advanced project management skills, with experience in risk mitigation and problem resolution.
- High attention to detail and the ability to adapt priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in grocery retail, supply chain, or e-commerce industries.
- Certifications such as PMP, Agile, or ITIL.
- Proven track record of fostering collaboration between IT and business teams.
